Any item purchased can be brought back and exchanged for a different item or for store credit on a Okie Mart gift card.

• Must have receipt. No exceptions!!
•Must be returned within 30 days of purchase
• Like New Condition - Unused/Show no sign of wear
• In its original packaging, with tags, and all components and documentation included

Flooring Warranty & Return Policy

Most all our flooring comes with a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty information will be on boxes. Please refer to manufacturer's installation instructions located inside box. If issues arise, please contact us to start the warranty claim process. If you overbuy for your job, we will take back the extra boxes either in the form of a cash refund or a Okie Mart gift card. MUST HAVE RECEIPT!!! This does not include "I changed my mind". If it is I changed my mind situation we will gladly take item back, but no money will be given back, refund will be in the form of store credit on a Okie Mart gift card or exchange for a different flooring. Item must be in original packaging and not open. Full boxes only.

Electrical Warranty & Return Policy

(Anything that plugs into an outlet, has a battery or has a gasoline motor, lighting etc.)

All electrical items come with our 90-day warranty. Warrants against manufacturing defects. If problems arise you will receive a full refund or a replacement unit. MUST HAVE RECEIPT!!! Many of the items we do sell come with some type of manufacturer's warranty so please reach out if issues arise outside of the 90 days.

Appliance Warranty & Return Policy

GE Appliances- All GE appliances come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty. If any problems arise, please contact GE at 1-866-884-5646

All other large and small Appliances come with our 90 day warranty. Warrants against manufacturer defects. If problems arise you will receive a full refund or a replacement unit. MUST HAVE RECEIPT!!! This does not include "I changed my mind".
